Mr. Robert Manyala, Director Robisearch Limited, in attendance at the Business Break fast meeting hosted by Royal Media Services as an esteemed partner. The just concluded meeting was held today, Friday 14th October 2022 at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi. The meeting was held with the main aim of bringing stakeholders together to help improve the services and products offered. As the home to the most popular television and radio channels according to audience share, Royal Media Services  also sought to support and promote SME’s on a larger scale.

The meeting allowed for collaboration of partners .  It  aimed to get feed back and suggestions from the partners while building trust and empowering them to help guide the project.  Most importantly, it ensured the outcome for the organization and its stakeholders end up being exactly what they want.

The Director, sought to strengthen the existing partnerships to help in the digitization of SME’s. He emphasized that, ” Digitalization can improve processes by providing new methods and opportunities for the business. New digital tools for design, project management, and sales combined with access to customer data will enable companies to create or reinvent products and services with specific customer needs, making the process infinitely more efficient”.
